Information for Vendors
NOTE: Virtual vendor applications were due on March 5--We are no longer accepting vendors.
The 2021 Fayetteville Goddess Festival will be a virtual event from Friday, March 19 through Sunday, March 21. This year, we are offering vendors to be part of our virtual marketplace for only $10 or to be a vendor-sponsor for $50. The vendor marketplace will be accessible both to conference participants and to the general public.
The Vendor package ($10) entitles you to:
1. A listing on the festival vendor page (with photo and link).
2. One promotion on the Goddess Festival Instagram and Facebook pages during the festival. (Please provide a 1080x1080 image suitable for Instagram and Facebook. Images and artwork are subject to jury approval.)
The Vendor Sponsor package ($50) entitles you to:
1. A listing (with photo and link) on the festival vendor page.
2. One promotion on the Goddess Festival Instagram Page and Facebook Page during the festival. (Please provide a 1080x1080 image suitable for Instagram and Facebook.)
3. Ads on the festival main page and vendor page. We will reuse your 1080x1080 image printed at approximately 3 inches by 3 inches and link to the URL you provide. Images and artwork are subject to jury approval. Your ad may rotate on and off the main and vendor pages throughout the festival depending upon the number of sponsors.
4. One two-day pass to the festival!

Vendor Financial and Legal Obligations and Liability
- The online vendor application form will be available January 17.
- Prospective vendors will have their applications vetted by a jury composed of Goddess Festival Steering Committee members. Vendors selling products that are part of a multi-level marketing business will not be considered. All decisions of the jury are final. Please understand that we are looking for an appropriate balance of merchandise and may not be able to accommodate all vendors.
- Vendor applications will be vetted and prospective vendors informed on a rolling basis after January 17.
- You may find the online application HERE.
- Please do not use the registration page to pay your vendor fee until your application has been approved.
Packages and Fees
- There are two fee packages for this year’s festival: Vendor ($10) and Vendor Sponsor ($50).
- The Vendor package ($10) entitles you to:
- A listing on the festival vendor page (with photo and link) and
- One promotion on the Goddess Festival Instagram and Facebook pages during the festival.
- The Vendor Sponsor package ($50) entitles you to:
- A listing (with photo and link) on the festival vendor page,
- One promotion on the Goddess Festival Instagram Page and Facebook Page during the festival, and
- Ads on the festival main page and vendor page. Ads are to be 3 inches by 2 inches and can be linked to your site. You may submit your own ad artwork (subject to jury approval) or have an ad prepared for you free of charge. Your ad may rotate on and off the main and vendor pages throughout the festival depending upon the number of sponsors.
- At present, the Goddess Festival Facebook page has 1,202 followers and the newer Goddess Festival Instagram Page has 55 followers.
- Vendor fees are payable in advance via the festival registration site, where you will find ticket options for Vendor and Vendor Sponsor. Do not register and pay until your application has been approved.
- Vendor listings, ads, and social media promotions will not appear on the festival’s pages and accounts until fees have been paid.
Festival Logistics
- The Festival will run from 6:00 p.m., Friday, March 19 to 6:00 p.m., Sunday, March 21.
- Vendors are encouraged to be checking your vendor email and social media accounts during the festival to respond to questions.
- The vendor page will go live at noon on Friday, March 19 and remain live through at least 5:00 p.m., Monday, March 22.
Mission Statement for Presenters, Performers, and Vendors
- The Fayetteville Goddess Festival is designed to be an all-inclusive, accepting, compassionate, upbeat, positive, inspiring, and nurturing experience for all involved.
- We want everyone that walks through our doors going away feeling better about themselves than they did when they walked in.
- Workshops need to include all aspects of that environment.
- Workshops need to reflect Goddess Festival values:

- As a presenter, performer, or vendor for the Goddess Festival we trust that you will reflect these values so this festival can go on for years to come leaving a feeling of peace, love, and comfort for all those who participate and leave everyone looking forward to coming back for more next year.
Vendor Financial and Legal Obligations and Liability
- You are responsible for your own permits, taxes, insurance, and any other legal requirements for your business. The Fayetteville Goddess Festival and the organizers are not liable for any of the above and will not collect or pay sales tax for vendors. The Festival is a non-profit event, but you need to comply with the appropriate laws and city ordinances for your for-profit or non-profit business or organization.
- By purchasing Vendor or Vendor Sponsor package, you agree to release and indemnify the Fayetteville Goddess Festival, and its officers, licensees, owners, agents, landowners, affiliated companies, and employees from any and all claims for property damage, injury, or death which I/we may suffer or for which I/we may be liable to others, in any way connected with my participation in the festival, my services, products, or any actions on my part. This release and indemnity agreement shall apply to any claim even if caused by negligence.
- Sales of the following are strictly prohibited: alcohol, firearms, fireworks, pornographic material, material violating copyright or patent laws or any other items or services deemed inappropriate by members of the steering committee. The steering committee may require a vendor to remove any item on this basis. Any vendor not complying will be removed from all festival listings and social media without a refund.
- By registering, you understand that the Fayetteville Goddess Festival welcomes all people. Reasonable, courteous conduct is expected of all presenters, vendors and attendees. Abusive or other inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. Determination of what constitutes inappropriate behavior is the prerogative of members of the planning circle. A presenter, vendor, or attendee may be asked to change their behavior or may be removed without a refund at the sole discretion of the members of the planning circle.
